March of Dimes WalkAmerica is the nation's largest fundraising event, with the money being used to help save America's babies. This video tells the story of the Goggin family's twins; Jack who died after a few days of life and Kate, who spent 4 months in the neonatal intensive care unit. Kate is now 7 and is pictured as one of the thousands of walkers who joyously participate in this event.

On July 9th, ABC's Live With Regis and Kelly will be partnering with "Dr. Scholl's For Her" to bring you "Live with Regis and Kelly's High Heel-a-Thon"! For the first time on Live, hundreds of women wearing high heels will gather in New York City to compete in a spirited dash to raise money for the March of Dimes.
The first place winner of the event will even receive $25,000!!!
It began over 15 years ago...the March of Dimes has partnered with motorcyclists nationwide providing an opportunity for motorcycle clubs, dealerships, vendors and individual riders to join together for babies in communities from coast-to-coast.
Eartha Kitt, famous singer and the original Catwoman, supports the 1957 March of Dimes and the fight against polio. In this clip, Eartha sings the song "I'm an Old Fashioned Girl".
