This baby porcupine (also called porcupet) eats a banana. You'll hear tiny squeaks--those are hiccups!
His mother was killed when she was hit by a car and someone got him to licensed wildlife rehabilitator Gail Buhl. He was orphaned and imprinted on humans and is now living at Wolf Ridge Environment Learning Center in northern Minnesota.
My bunny Cinnamon eating her favorite part of a carrot--the greens on top.
Music playing in the background on our stereo is by Estradasphere doing the Super Mario Brothers Theme.
This is Bubo, one of the education great horned owls at The University of Minnesota's Raptor Center. He is imprinted on humans. I'm hooting at him and he is hooting back. You will hear a bark and furthr hooting from another great horned owl in the courtyard (who is also imprinted on humans)
My husband Bill roasting a Peep over a candle. An idea we heard about on the Colleen Kruse Show on fm107. It's supposed to be a combination of roast marshmallow and creme brulee.

When you don't do what my rabbit Cinnamon wants, she grunts at you. She wanted a treat, I wanted to pet her. When I would pet her instead of giving her a treat, she would grunt in irritation.
My little Grunty McGrunt Grunt.
Cinnamon enjoying a low key morning watching old school 90210 and eating a small piece of pancake (made from our Organic Batter Blaster). * Pancake is not a good food for rabbits and should not be given to them on a daily basis. We just give it to her as a rare treat (she's almost 10, so we've fed her well).
We were bird watching in North Dakota on a remote gravel road when we noticed a deer trotting right towards our group. We stood still and just watched as the deer came towards us, completely oblivious. Suddenly, it saw the humans, had an oh crap moment and took off in the dopies deer run I have ever seen.
Squirrels live right outside my bathroom window. I'll have anywhere from one to four on the ledge at one time. These two were grooming each other on the branch outside the window, just thought it was cute.
